I don’t know how it happened but I have a lot of Star Wars paraphernalia. I even have a Boba Fett shrine but that’s for another time. I have quite a few Star Wars lego sets and this AT-ST is one of them.

This guy here is on top of my desk, standing next to General Grievous. Every time I accidentally bump the desk, they haphazardly shake and I’m a little scared that it will fall on my head and knock me out. Oh well. That’s how it is when you live life on the edge like me.
Two days a week I’m a graphic design consultant for a company that is a subsidiary of Maersk Line. They get access to an exclusive Lego set that was made for Maersk. They’re both beloved companies in Denmark so I guess they struck a deal to have a ship made.
I told my boss about the Lego set one day and he decided to purchase one for the company (the design firm I work at). It was up to me to build it and it took around 5 hours. The problem was making each of the cargo containers and putting stickers on it. That was a bit of a hassle.
I used a 50 mm fixed lens to take these photos. It’s really great for close up shots like these because of the awesome blurring that happens. Unfortunately, I forgot to take the UV filter off and all of the photos were tinged yellow. That’s where Photoshop comes in.

Here’s the box. Opening it was not user friendly. I had to tear the box apart to get to it’s juicy innards.

Close up of the “stairs”.

The lifeboat is pretty accurate if you ask me.

The blue pieces were made exclusively for these Lego sets. It’s a sought after collector’s item.
